British victims of the withdrawn arthritis painkiller drug Vioxx are challenging the manufacturer’s decision to only compensate US victims.
New Jersey judge dismisses UK Vioxx claims

A New Jersey judge yesterday ruled that UK residents who suffered from heart attacks and other adverse health effects following Vioxx use, would have to bring their cases in the UK courts rather than the US courts, where their cases had been filed.
